As many of you are now aware, I was recently added to Activerain's staff and since joining I have spent the last few days going through trouble tickets to learn the network inside and out better. One of the number one issues I have been correcting is like this one:
"Help! The link I placed on my profile to my website does not work! I get some error saying something about losing my keys!"
When I go and check the links on the profiles, each and every one so far has had the same issue. The website link looks like this:
And when you click on the link, you see this:

As with any website you post on activerain, there is one important part you need to make sure is there! Make sure you add the http://! The little http:// is very important. To understand what it means, and why you need it, read this great information on wiki answers about what http:// stands for and why you need it.
You may want to take a few moments to check your links on your profile and make sure they are working. If not, correct this easily by editing your profile and adding the http://.
